After a reboot the app runs, if I close it, next time it runs I get the error,
only a reboot will allow it to run.

"quisk" is a script that runs "python quisk.py", "usbsoftrock" is the usb
daemon that controls the hardware device.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.quisk (works)
2.quit quisk
3.run quisk again

Expected Results:  
The python GUI should start.
