After the last update, I found myself with an empty system.d folder and many things stopped working, starting with GDM. I first thought I managed to mess up something during an installation but I ended to check the last package, dbus-1-1.2.16-5.2.x86_64, and indeed the folders are empty. Fortunately, I could recover an usable laptop recovering the files from a LiveCD.
