## note:                                                                     
## using pm-utils or powersaved, this file (/etc/suspend.conf) only serves as
## a template, image_size and resume_device are filled in dynamically        
## and the generated /var/lib/s2disk.conf is used to suspend.

by manual in /etc/suspend.conf, used for create /var/lib/s2disk.conf, and
themselves utilities s2disk and s2both should use /var/lib/s2disk.conf. 
for example, I as root do run:
# s2disk
s2disk: Could not stat the resume device file. Reason: No such file or
directory

IMHO not found config......
again i run with config 

if i run  
# s2disk -f /var/lib/s2disk.conf

 notebook go to sleep :)
