pm-suspend.log

pm-suspend.log attached..

here the contents of /var/log/pm-powersave.log which shows another error msg:

**set power mode for iwl driver to 6 (pm disabled)
/usr/lib/pm-utils/power.d/iwl-pm: line 39: $RF_KILL: ambiguous redirect
**sched policy powersave OFF
**set power mode for sound driver to 0 seconds
**wol -> enable, set flags g
Cannot get current wake-on-lan settings: Operation not supported
not setting wol

about pm-suspend.log:

WARNING: no kernelfile matching the running kernel found
running kernel: '2.6.31.3-1-desktop', probably booting kernel:
'2.6.31.3-1-debug'
ERROR: kernel version mismatch, cannot suspend to disk

weird -- both kernel are available in /boot/ and are configured in grub
menu.lst
(default is 4 in menu.lst):

harald harald > grubonce
0: openSUSE 11.1 - 2.6.27.29-0.1 (default)
1: Debug -- openSUSE 11.2 RC 1 - 2.6.31.3-1
2: Failsafe -- openSUSE 11.2 RC 1 - 2.6.31.3-1 (default)
3: XEN 11.1
4: Desktop -- openSUSE 11.2 RC 1 - 2.6.31.3-1
5: Failsafe -- openSUSE 11.2 RC 1 - 2.6.31.3-1 (desktop)
6: Xen -- openSUSE 11.2 RC 1 - 2.6.31.3-1
7: Vista64 SP1
8: MemTest86+

which additional info do you need? I'll attach menu.lst too...
