update suggestion for the Programmer's Friend class library in Vuze

The tool "cvs 1.12.12-157.2" generated the appended difference file. The first
hunk (range "-107,29 +107,27") is fine because it shows the intended source
code adjustments. But I wonder about the following hunks because there are no
changes shown that are really relevant.

Do you find the indicated deletion and addition of the same source lines
strange, too?
(I do not see any useful updates in the later parts.)
