AppleWebKit/532.2 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/4.0.222.12 Safari/532.2

Since my timezone was different from the default choice, I proceeded to select
the timezone correct for my region. The new timezone was selected, but the
time & date was not updated. "Hardware clock set to UTC" was not checked to
reflect my system setup.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Start installation
2.Change from default timezone to other
3.Observe the date & time
Actual Results:
The date & time did not reflect that of my timezone. It remained at the same
date and time as set by the default timezone

Expected Results:
The date and time should've changed to my timezone with necessary changes
