Today I did something else, I was reading:

 http://en.opensuse.org/Bugs:Most_Annoying_Bugs_11.2_dev 

and I found: 

"ATI-cards: X: display stays dark: move /etc/X11/xorg.conf.install to
/etc/X11/xorg.conf; look here for further instructions. "

So, I decided to remove /etc/X11/xorg.* and run:

sax2 -r -m 0=radeonhd

and it worked. My screen takes a little bit (2-3 seconds) to "turn on" but is
working, I'm attaching the new logs.
