rosegarden-qt4 available in repository :
http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:/plater/openSUSE_Factory/
You have to remove rosegarden4 manually at the moment. The best way to install
is with yast and select rosegarden4 for removal at the same time you install
rosegarden-qt4.
