I'd prefer the text from Frank - the text is more readable as a bullet list.

Karl, can you update the release notes, please?

Note: There's a small bug/typo in Frank's XML:
   The new Installation QuickStart [...]
  </memeber>   <-- should be </member>, not mem_e_ber
  <memeber>    <-- should be <member>
