Several settings from the upper-right menu on the desktop disappear after
entering the Configure Plasma... dialog from that menu and clicking OK (KDE
4.3.1). Screenshot attached.

The only way to repair this issue once the menu is cut is to right-click the
desktop, go to Desktop Settings, select the Plain Desktop type then Desktop
again which refreshes and fixes that menu until going to Plasma Settings again.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click the upper-right button on the desktop until the menu pops up.
2. From the menu click Configure Plasma...
3. Click OK in the Configure - Plasma Workspace dialog. The desktop will blink
once.
4. Click the upper-right button again. It now only contains two settings (Add
Widgets... and Desktop Settings...) and the rest of the list is gone.
