[Bug 540607] you installs lots of packages while showing "nothing to do"

But the 2nd window is *empty*, I click accept, and suddenly packages get installed without any possibility to reject that. That should definitely never happen. The other thing is: *what* causes this 32bit packages to be installed? I let the system check deps, and everything is OK.
