I really don`t think that this bug should be ignored and marked 'WONTFIX' - it
is very important for a big count of users world-wide (in fact, it touches the
most part of Eastern Europe).
But I agree, my tone was highly offensive, inadquate and unacceptable for
others. It seems like I misunderstood Stefan (mostly, it was a desire to draw
attention to the problem; my bad mood triggered it too) and I apologize to him.
