osc request list doesn't show an error message if I ask to list requests for a
non-existing project:

# osc request list home:cboltz:nixda
# echo $?
0

Well, it might be technically correct that there is no submit request against
this non-existing project, but I would still prefer an error message saying
"The project home:cboltz:nixda doesn't exist." ;-)
