[Bug 536274] yast2 tv-configuration with ivtv drivers completely broken

If I look at http://download.opensuse.org/factory/repo/oss/suse/noarch/ there is only the old yast2-tv-2.18.2-2.32 I've also tried searching for 2.18.3 but I cannot find it.
