[Bug 540754] Forcing a window to a desktop does not work as expected

It really appears in desktop 2, but in pager it shows on desktop 1 and desktop 2 seems unoccupied. However, it may be caused by the fact that I have upgraded to Factory from openSUSE 11.1 and the settings get somehow converted incorrectly.
