Oh, the second line is missing in this changes file - sorry.

This bug is the underlying problem in core. My fix is a workaround so that the
registration will not hit it again. The workaround itself was tracked in bug
#490811.

If you want to test this fix please perform a regular installation using a
non-english language and verify that this language is still used in the YaST
GUI after the registration ran within the installation workflow.
