As I already explained, this happened because the ABI of the library changed
without the soname version being bumped upstream. There's not a lot we can do
for this except tell upstream to not do this again.
(gegl 0.1.0 is in oS:F now, so the issue won't happen anymore)

The previous condition where packages matched version wise and gimp Would Not
Start is unacceptable.
As I already explained, this happened because the ABI of the library changed
without the soname version being bumped upstream. There's not a lot we can do
for this except tell upstream to not do this again.
