If beagle is not running (or not even installed) but beagle-firefox is, the
addon dumps every page to ~/.beagle/ToIndex and nothing would ever remove it
automatically if beagle is never used.

Make sure beagle-firefox is not autoindexing automatically w/o beagle actually
being used.
