The license texts you referred to came from the old PDB. They were certainly
worth filing a bug report against. We are currently in the process of updating
the handling of licenses (i.e. what gets displayed in the RPM license field) to
accomodate checkins from the build service. We hope to address the issue of
"bad" license fields as part of this process.
