I'm not sure if this is a KDE thing or a core power management problem.

I am using KDE 4.2.4 and kernel 2.6.27.21 on an IBM X60s Thinkpad. I have set
the KDE power management to lock my screen after 5 mins of inactivity and to
s2disk (if using battery) or s2ram (if on power) if I close the lid.

I have noticed that if the screen is locked and I close the lid the laptop does
not s2disk nor s2ram. S2disk and s2ram work properly if the screen is not
locked.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Lock screen (ctrl Alt L)
2. Close laptop lid
3.
Actual Results:
Nothing happens. Laptop does not s2ram or s2disk

Expected Results:
Expected laptop to s2ram or s2disk
