With the fix for 522985 it is possible to display an EULA. However, this is
restricted to 1 language as only EULA.txt in the root tree is supported. It
would be great to allow for a language selection of the EULA when translations
are available.

For example if one supplies EULA.de.txt and EULA.en.txt the user could have a
choice between a German or English text for the EULA.
