If DHCP Services are offered to the LAN, the Static Config so entered will NOT be Applied. The PC will be allocated the First available DHCP IP and DNS Services. If DHCP Services are NOT offered on the LAN, Network Manager will allocate its static Config first time, every time Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Remove DHCP Services from the LAN 2.Configure Yast>Network Devices> To Network Manager 3.Configure Network Manager Mask for both Static IP and DNS Services 4.Re-Boot PC 5.Note the attached and Note Network Manager Appearance in System Tray. 6.Re-Instate DHCP Services 7.Reboot PC 8.Note the attached and Note Network Manager Appearance in System Tray.
