Actually, how many jacks does the machine have? dell-m4-1 and dell-m4-3 assume
two external mic jacks, and one digital built-in mic. dell-m4-2 assumes one
external mic and one analog built-in mic.
Anyway, try the latest alsa-driver-snapshot. I guess you can use
modell=dell-m4-1 for both the docking output and the mic.
BTW, "Import*" and some other mixer elements are disabled as default in the
latest driver code, so don't be surprised by that.
