Dunno what you did check, the python3 3.0 Beta 3 package is part of the
openSUSE 11.1 release repository:
http://download.opensuse.org/distribution/11.1/repo/oss/suse/i586/python3-3.0b3-3.25.i586.rpm
Also, I'm don't think that after PDB migration there is still some kind of
"freeze" state so in doubt everything which is part of openSUSE:Factory will
end up in Factory/the distribution release.
