E.g. I have a package that puts a file in /etc/pm/sleep.d and therefore I add "Requires: pm-utils" but still the check is bitching at me cause: - /etc/pm - /etc/pm/sleep.d Aren't "owned" by anyone which then forces me to either add: %dir %{_sysconfdir}/pm %dir %{_sysconfdir}/pm/sleep.d to my .spec or add pm-utils as well to my build requires although it isn't needed. IMHO both solutions are workarounds at best and weren't necessary if my Requires: would get installed before the packages (which would normally happen also).
