Hm this is funny now. Thats the demonstration effect.
There was no graceful message in logfile. Apache2 was not touched. When i ran
the cronscript.
Yes i wanted to reproduce it. I have learned now from your information. So my
basic question is solved now.
I know what causes this.
But i can report another thing. I dont know if this is of interest:
rcapache2 reload|graceful
bash: graceful: command not found
It is stated in this way by the output in Terminal of:
rcapache2
Is it misspelled or not implented?
I thank you very much for your time and the good expressions!
I will report tomorrow what the directive i entered already by your hint
changed:
# Infinite: (Will change to 600)
GracefulShutdownTimeout 0
-> Setting "0" for infinite could be a problem? Or i will better set something
like 600 not that there could be the case of a defuncting one or such
prohibiting the success?
Thats just a cool feature. Thats already to big for my tiny testing environment
:) I am running a Desktop so.. :D
Greetings,
R
