The script below helps w/ suspend to ram:

hp-mini # cat ~/bin/suspend2ram-hpmini.sh
#!/bin/bash
/usr/sbin/s2ram --force --acpi_sleep 3 --vbe_save
/opt/kde3/bin/kdesktop_lock --forcelock

That mean that hp 2133 laptop will suspend OK if whitelist database will be
modified.

Though HOWTO in suspend package
(/usr/share/doc/packages/suspend/README.s2ram-whitelist) doesn't explain
where/what to edit to change the way system suspends. :( Using script is
annoying, but where the s2ram options are for this PC is a not-yet-solved quest
for me. )
