A bug in PolicyKit indeed. polkit_context_is_caller_authorized() ignores the
error from the internal function
polkit_authorization_db_is_caller_authorized(). There's even a /* TODO */ in
the code *sigh*. I'd fix this for Factory and queue for sle11sp1.
