[Bug 498309] intel[945GM] X server crashes with DRI enabled

Using 'NoAccel' seems to be the only method that has no screen corruption or
hard locks. Unfortunately that makes my opengl applications segmentation
fault. Not sure I understand why. Only when using EXA do the applications
work. NoAccel and UXA both fail with opengl. These are fairly basic opengl
programs, one draws a fractal and the other a simple white square on black
background with no user interaction.
