Running OpenSUSE 11.1 with KDE:Factory.

KDETwitter was empty. After entering some lines, everything crashed (kwm +
appletts etc.) Couldnt reproduce this error, because I couldn't restore the
desktop as it was.

Now I deleted ~/.kde4 (and later also ~/.kde) to start from scratch, but the
Desktop is screwed up. On part of the panel is on the top, the other one on the
bottom. I also had very high cpu usage. Screenshot is attached, but not good)

After deleting the panel (right click) I saw the Desktop-background again. CPU
load was normal. But everything (inluding firefox etc) is really, really slow. 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. rm ~/.kde4 ; rm ~/.kde
2. login via kdm
=> high cpu-usage, broken splasscreen etc.
3. kill controlpanel
=> normal desktop background appears, but kwm-features, like alt+tab or alt+f2
still don't work
