It's is difficult to move this floating window. It is impossible to close this window, as the mouse cannot be moved over the 'x' button to close it. Instance (2) Create a numerated list. OOo will pop up a floating window with 'list' button helps. The pop-up steals the mouse focus and flickers when the mouse is over the floating window. It's is difficult to move this floating window.
