This is the "mouse" section from my xorg.conf . The BT mouse is a Logitech V470
and all 5 buttons work as expected.
1. left button
2. right button
3. wheel can be clicked
4. scroll wheel forward
5. scroll wheel backward
(I am not sure if this is the right order, but the amount of the buttons is
correct)
Section "InputDevice"
Driver "mouse"
Identifier "Mouse[1]"
Option "Buttons" "5"
Option "Device" "/dev/input/mice"
Option "EmulateWheel" "on"
Option "EmulateWheelButton" "2"
Option "InputFashion" "Mouse"
Option "Name" "IBM;TPPS/2 TrackPoint"
Option "Protocol" "explorerps/2"
Option "Vendor" "Sysp"
Option "ZAxisMapping" "4 5"
EndSection
The "Name" comes from the notebook and is not important in this case.
It seems as a mouse buttons mapping problem, but if you cannot configure it
check also the mouse. Before you try and configure the xorg.conf manually use
the YAST -> Hardware -> Mouse model .
