I think i have found the Problem. I see the Problem, if i have both
Repositories enabled (KDE:KDE4:Community & Packman).

If i just have Packman enabled, skrooge runs perfectly.
If i just have KDE:KDE4:Community enabled, skrooge runs perfectly too.

So i don't think that the Error can be found in the Packages or Sources.

As Proposal i think we can make an Workaround:

1.) Set KDE:KDE4:Community to Priority 89
2.) Set Packman to Priority 99.
