Because it is only reproducable with the special kernel version
used by the user.  AFAIK (comment #11) the system call socketpair(2)
should be usable as a replacment for the system call pipe(2) ... with
the kernel version 2.6.25.20 this fails (comment #9).

IMHO this bug is INVALID as not the original nor an updated kernel
of the 11.1 is used.
