What about adding a note to the patch description?

Example:
Patch Description
-------------------------------------------
postgresql - postgrespl security update

Remote authenticated users bla bla bla.

Note: Patch requires a system reboot to function properly.

References:
* XXXXXX (bugzilla)


I was also thinking about marking reboot requiring patches with an icon but
having two columns with icons didn't seem like a good idea to me :-)

Additional to that I would vote to change the text of the pop up according to
Jürgens in the inital description or comment#1
