This happens with the rpm package and with the *.run file of the non-oss
Versions from virtualbox.org

It seems that this Problem comes from the Kernel Header Files or something like
this . . .

Expected Results:  
modprobe output
  modprobe vboxdrv
  vboxdrv.ko VBox Driver installed 

( or something like this )
