I just updated bluez-utils as per above comments on openSUSE 11.0 64 bit
version.  In the past I had both my bluetooth mouse and keyboard working. 
After a recent Online update the mouse still worked but the keyboard no longer
would (I couldn't get it to aask for PINs).  Now it again asks for PINs and
when I type keys I get a little Kbluetooth pop up saying connected to the
keyboard but no keystroke registers with any application.

My /var/log/messages has the following from an attempt to connect:
