[Bug 469936] Xen cannot start ANY paravirtualized domU on 32 bit Intel architecture (x86-64 also unreliable)

Finally, I realized, that 64 bit domUs can be started only on 64bit Xen hypervisor, so 32 bit PAE hypervisor is not sufficient for this purpose, thus the mistery of the message "Error: (4, 'Out of memory', "xc_dom_boot_mem_init: can't allocate low memory for domain\n")" is solved. Feature or bug? In addition to this, migrating between 32 bit and 64 bit dom0s seems to be absolutely impossible.
