When booting, or rebooting, the nm does not realy connect, in this way that
only a few stripes are visible (wifi), and mail and webpages can not load.
I have to edit settings, and save & connect, before it works.

This means, that i can use only kde, because if i use icewm, there is no
connection.
I wanted to upgrade some packages when i noticed there was no connection.
