Additionaly, there is no option for "allow panel to be moved" in the right click menu of the gnome panel. Clicking and dragging the panel is not working. Moving through the Panel Properties drop down box for Orientation is still functional. I am running Latest factory as of Thursday March 26 Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Click and hold on empty space on GNOME panel 2.
