The printer selection dialog is displayed, however on clicking the dialog's [Print] button, nothing else happens. Printing initiated by the browser (Firefox) through File->Print, results in successful printing of the remaining HTML page content, however flash area is shown as white. Tested with these USB printers, obtaining same results: HP LaserJet P1005, HP DeskJet CP1700 Browser version : Firefox 3.0.7-1.1.6 CUPS version : 1.3.9-7.1 flash-player : 10.22.87-0.1.1 hplip-hpijs : 2.8.7-7.1 hplip : 2.8.7-7.1 Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open a web-site containing flash content (for example : http://www.plattegronden.nl/bergenopzoom/ ) 2. Attempt to print by right clicking flash content and selecting Print 3. Click [Print] button on the resulting Print dialog. Actual Results: No print jobs were initiated. Checking in http://localhost:631 and also /var/spool/cups, does not show the print queue, implying that the print job was not processed. Expected Results: Printout containing image displayed in flash object. Same software versions were used in another Linux distribution. In such a case printing worked as expected. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
