[Bug 469190] vmware complains that it can not access host /dev/rtc

Vmware has this issue documented.
Obviously, if vmware can not access the /dev/rtc device, it is Linux who
doesn't allow it, so it is Linux "fault", not vmware.
Ie, it is you who has to talk with vmware (and viceversa), not me. You both
should collaborate more.
