My apologies Steffen, I did try in version 10.3 to highlight this issue and did
attach logs at the time - Unfortunately the comments that came back were not
very kind and I was told there was nothing to fix.

ALL of my Install bugs are always 100% reproducible - but in the past this has
done nothing except to get an instant reply on how to attach logs when it was
clear the message back on how to attach logs had overlooked the 100%
re-producible issue.

I am so sorry that some past experiences with other folk have not been very
helpful and I must admit I need to relax more - however I know you understand
the midset of some of your colleges.

That all behind us now lets help each other in our usual professional manner.
