The German translation of "block offset for chainloading" is wrong and
misleading.

"Offset für Chainloading blockieren" should read
"Blockoffset für Chainloading".

The wrong German translation means, that the offset for chainloading should be
blocked, which doesn't make any sense.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install openSUSE 11.1, choose German as language
2. Choose Bootloader-Einstellungen: Abschnittsverwaltung
3. Goto "Abschnittseinstellungen"
