Looks as if KPowersave couldn't acquire the org.freedesktop.Policy.Power
interface because there is another service holding the interface and don't set
DBUS_NAME_FLAG_ALLOW_REPLACEMENT.

@Timo: how can I find out via a console command which service owns the
interface? Looks as if the returnvalue of dbus_bus_request_name() is
DBUS_REQUEST_NAME_REPLY_EXISTS.
