[Bug 478661] messed up output from tcsh bulidin command log: garbage characters

Then the konsole application breaks utmp/wtmp. IMHO it should use
libutemper ... and strace -f shows that kconsole seems to open
utmp/wtmp in direct manner and this is the reason why normal users
do not see the attemp of adding a record to utmp/wtmp as konsole
does not have the permission ... the reason why xterm uses libutemper
(and this library starts utempter(8) to do the final record).
