last shutdown hangup

This is last shutdown hangup log.

I have a small question about shutdown procedure:
1. what happens if I mount (outside the fstab) a windows share mount -t cifs -o
username=name //cifsserver.domain/share /mnt/sambamount
2. what happens if I mount a device over another device:
mount /dev/mapper/dati-samba /mnt/samba
mount /dev/mapper/anotherthing /mnt/samba

are these exception to what handled by boot.localfs ?
