I got what I think is that update:

I had nscd crash twice today - ie, after the update:

Feb  3 15:55:01 nimrodel watchdog: nscd is not running, restarting. -- 
Feb  3 17:55:01 nimrodel watchdog: nscd is not running, restarting. -- 
Feb  3 17:55:01 nimrodel nscd: 12295 invalid persistent database file
"/var/run/nscd/passwd": verification failed

admittedly, it is crashing less.
