When starting my WiFi card connecting to my access point using WPA-PSK I get the following error message "ioctl[SIOCSIWPMKSA]: Invalid argument".
Ok, just investigated this issue. The message "ioctl[SIOCSIWPMKSA]: Invalid argument" is returned by ndiswrapper if the windows driver refuses a PMKID. Hence there is not much we can do from a ndiswrapper/wpa_supplicant point of view. If ndiswrapper would return "Unsupported" instead of "Invalid argument" wpa_supplicant would ignore that non-critical failure. Normally ndiswrapper would return "Unsupported" but it seems like the windows driver does something unexpected. Hence I'll close this one as WONTFIX. Maybe a newer Windows driver or a newer ndiswrapper might fix this issue automatically. Nevertheless thanks for the report. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
