With ZYPP_ARIA2C=1 variable set zypper fails to connect to url when refreshing.
Squid access.log has the following:-
0 127.0.0.1 TCP_DENIED/403 1394 CONNECT download.opensuse.org:80 - NONE/-
text/html
for each attempt. unset ZYPP_ARIA2C causes zypper to work again.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.export ZYPP_ARIA2C=1
2.zypper ref
3.
Actual Results:  
zypper ref

Can't read public key from
/var/cache/zypp/raw/PackmanrH2Ifi/repodata/repomd.xml.key, file not found

Shortened but same output for each repo

Expected Results:  
# zypper ref

All repositories have been refreshed.
